Summary
Photo Identity card for Mr. Nguyen Van Minh issued 11/1991. This type of card was standard issue for former prisoner after the Fall of Saigon. Mr. Minh brought the card with him when he allowed to leave Vietnam in 1992 for United States.
Physical Description
Paper identity card, whiter with red ink stamps and photograph of Nguyen Van Minh. Details recorded in IOM stamp on front: photo with H11-702, name, date of birth. Details recorded on back with stamps and date. The card also features a signature.
