Summary
Thuy Nguyen created the following PowerPoint (which we converted into individual images) for a presentation at his daughter’s school about his family’s experience as Vietnamese Boat People. To enlarge a slide, please click on it and it will appear in a lightbox.
Mr. Nguyen was also recently invited to speak at a conference for social workers preparing to integrate Syrian refugees into the community in Ontario, Canada, where his family first arrived when they were sponsored to Canada.
