Summary
Rifle Permit card for Mr. Nguyen Van Nga issued 5/21/1965. This type of card was standard issue for policeman. Mr. Nga brought the card with him when he left Vietnam in 1975 for United States.
Physical Description
Paper identity card, whiter with red ink stamps and photograph of Nguyen Van Nga. Details recorded in permit stamp on front: photo, name and other detail. The card also features The Republic of Vietnam flag at left corner.
