Summary
Photo Identity card for Mr. Nguyen Truyen issued circa 1996. This type of card was standard issue for former prisoner after the Fall of Saigon. Mr. Truyen brought the card with him when he allowed to leave Vietnam in April 15, 1997 for United States.

Paper identity card, whiter with red ink stamps and photograph of Mr. Nguyen Truyen. Details recorded in IOM stamp on front: photo with H39-665, name, date of birth. Details recorded on back with stamps and date.
