Summary
Photo Identity card for Mr. Vo Xuan Hy issued circa 1994. This type of card was standard issue for former prisoner after the Fall of Saigon. Mr. Hy brought the card with him when he allowed to leave Vietnam in August 22, 1994 for United States.

Paper identity card, whiter with red ink stamps and photograph of Vo Xuan Hy. Details recorded in IOM stamp on front: photo with H25-240, name, date of birth. Details recorded on back with stamps and date. The card also features a signature.
